SAPOS: About Us
The Very First Steps:
Alex Suarez , a graduate of Bucknell University and with experience in Microbiology, Cell Biology, and Molecular Biology at Yale University, decided to match his science background with cleaning and all natural cleaning products. Alex, a Cuban immigrant with an unique passion toward life and nature, founded SAPOS all natural multi-purpose cleaners with one clear mission: To provide an excellent all natural cleaner as an alternative to traditional cleaners.
At first it was just a dream, an idea that sounded crazy and impossible to reach. Despite not having any funding from banks or major institutions, and in the middle of great economic uncertainty, Alex's dream is now coming to fruition.
About The Logo
Alex called on a dearest friend for help with the logo design. After many thoughts, ideas, phone calls, prototypes and endless emails Alex and his team agreed on a logo. Our unique logo symbolizes "life in a bubble by a frog (sapo)".
Our name and logo integrates the frog (sapo in Spanish) because frogs are an indicator species and extremely sensitive to the changes in their surrounding environments. Today, scientists are seeing changes and genetic abnormalities across frog species all around the world. Also, like a bubble, nature is fragile, and if collectively we do not take action to reverse and minimize the impact that humans have on our planet, our grandchildren may never have the joy of chasing tad-poles or see the amazing diversity of frogs.
Without a doubt our logo is a symbol of our commitment to the environment.

The Foundations
Mass communication and public speaking came handy when we needed our first 5,000 bottles, labels and sprayers. This task was accomplished thanks to a hard worker and charismatic graduate from Ohio State University. Without his hard work we would have not been able to continue to move this process forward.
Obtaining proper paper work, patents and permits at an affordable price was a challenge. Having environmental engineering knowledge was a "must" if we wanted to be environmentally conscious. With the professional advice and supervision of a young graduate from Wilkes University, SAPOS founded an advocate and a true believer of the idea that we could be "Green and Clean" with our all natural cleaning product line.
The Formula
Pour 2 oz of pure Biology and mix it with 2 grams of Public Speaking at a chill temperature for 2 hours. Add 2 liters of Environmental Engineering to the mix and let it rest over night at room temperature. Label it with love and you have SAPOS.
